Project Overview:

Live events are unforgiving: no retakes, no controlled environments, and no time to “fix it later.” My event workflow is built for this reality. I plan coverage with the client — key shots, must-have moments, and social-first deliverables — then shoot with a mix of handheld, gimbal, and static angles.

On-site, I manage ingest and quick-turn edits so you walk away with same-day highlights, vertical cutdowns, and stills ready to post. After the event, I extend the life of the content with recap films, testimonial pieces, and bite-sized clips for future campaigns.

Objectives:

  • Capture key moments with cinematic motion and sound.
  • Deliver social-ready highlights within 24–48 hours when required.
  • Create assets that can be reused across campaigns, decks, and recaps.
  • Balance atmosphere, crowd energy, and brand visibility in every frame.

Scope of Work:

Typical event projects include:

  1. Pre-Production: Call or workshop to define goals, key moments, and deliverables.
  2. Shoot Day: Multi-angle coverage using handheld, gimbal, and static setups.
  3. On-Site Edits: Quick social cutdowns and selects when timelines are tight.
  4. Post-Production: Polished highlight films, vertical sequences, and stills.
  5. Delivery: Organized asset handover with versions for different platforms.

Every event becomes a content library — not just a one-off highlight reel.
